Immunity – A blend for every day, especially useful to take daily through the autumn and winter months when you need to keep your immunity high, works really well with my Spiced Elderberry syrup.
Ingredients; Oatstraw, Elderflowers, Yarrow, Lemon Balm, Hawthorn flowers and Berries, Elderberries, Ginger, Ashwaganda, Rosehips, Liquorice Root, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Orange Peel.
All my teas are available as loose tea or as eco-friendly, biodegradable,  fully compostable teabags.
