Ingredients; Oatstraw, Passion Flower, Lemon Verbena, Linden Blossom, Lemon Balm, Rose Petals, Marigold, Lavender, Skull Cap, Chamomile, Ashwagandha, Red Clover, Calendula. 
All my teas are available as loose tea or as eco-friendly, biodegradable,  fully compostable teabags.
